When yoga finds you, it never leaves.

Compassion and care are important to me, as well as intimacy with your body and your feelings.

My yoga classes are dynamic, rigorous and focused on technique however they are coupled equally with empathy, connection and fun!

Drawing from my astrological knowledge and insight, I link yoga practice to the moon phases and astrological transits.

Beyond my love for yoga, what has kept me coming back to the mat consistently has been, necessity; it makes living with arthritis in my hips, arms and back more manageable. It also strengthens my sensitive knee which has had two surgeries.

Yoga grounds me, making me more centred in my body. As an intuit it allows me to gauge what energy does or does not belong to me .
