I'm a Kenyan-German filmmaker, multidisciplinary artist and life coach with over twenty years inside the creative life.
My films have screened at Oberhausen, Durban International Film Festival, Tampere and Uppsala, backed by the BFI, IDFA Bertha Fund, Creative Europe, the British Council and Göteborg Film Festival. I've led masterclasses at Film University Babelsberg and the University of Glasgow, spoken on global panels about film, process and authenticity, and worked across filmmaking, writing, coaching, DJing, photography, podcasting and performance.
I've guided individuals one-on-one and led groups - always tuning into each person's essence to amplify what's already there.

What this Looks like in Action
I recently guided a creative through naming, logo, colours and website for his new record label. We began with values: what it truly stood for, why he wanted to start it, the legacy he hoped it would carry, and how his vision connected to the musicians he worked with and the audience he wanted to reach.
From his original logo idea, I uncovered the latent visual and conceptual embodiment of his intention - to nurture and support unique, emerging musicians (who have been historically overlooked) so they can share their music globally. The outward identity and motivation bloomed from that inward core.
Another example, I supported a filmmaker who had a concept for a film on identity and migration, but needed clarity on structure, tone, execution and how and where to start.
We began with the heart: what this story truly carried from her life, how it echoed her own journey and the communities it would touch. From her initial outline, I surfaced film references, suggestions and offered alternatives, ensuring it amplified her unique gifts and long-term vision.

Single Session
A conversation and thinking space for wherever you are with your project. I invite you to share works in progress and inspiration beforehand. We might map out the project, untangle a block, look at your creations, your story, your next move — or all of the above. No fixed agenda. I give feedback that merges who you are and what you are really trying to say.
Ideal for filmmakers, artists, musicians, writers, and creative entrepreneurs who need a thinking partner with range. For a first session, 90 minutes is recommended.

You bring yourself and your project. We work from what you share in the room — no preparation required on either side. Good for an early-stage idea, a stuck moment, or when you just need to think out loud with someone who can meet you where you are.
